The Robinette Company is located in Bristol, Tennessee and also has plant operations in Piney Flats, Tennessee, just 15 miles to the south. The Tri-Cities TN/VA area, including Kingsport, Johnson City, and both Bristol, Tennessee and Virginia, is located on the I-81 corridor, and was named an All-America City in 1999.

Tri-City Airport to Courtyard Marriott/Holiday Inn, Exit 7 off I-81, Bristol, Virginia

  1. Exit the airport parking area and follow the signs to I-81.
  2. At the I-81 interchange, turn right traveling North on I-81 toward Bristol.
  3. Continue North on I-81 into Bristol, Virginia, Exit 7.
  4. Take Exit 7 and turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp.
  5. Go under I-81, and take the second left onto Linden Drive.
  6. The Courtyard Marriott and Holiday Inn are both located on the left.

To The Robinette Company, 250 Blackley Road, Bristol, Tennessee

  1. Take I-81 South to Exit 3, exit right onto Rt. 381, go to the ninth traffic light.
  2. Turn left onto Weaver Pike, Hwy. 358 (Advance Auto is on the corner).
  3. Travel approximately 1 mile on Weaver Pike turning left onto Fifth Street (immediately past Belle Meadows Baptist Church).
  4. Take the first right onto Blackley Road.
  5. The Robinette Company is located at the top of the hill on the right.



Courtyard Marriott/Holiday Inn to The Robinette Company, 621 Mountain View Road, Piney Flats, Tennessee

  1. Take I-81 (South) to Exit 69 (Blountville, Tennessee exit.)  Turn left off the exit ramp onto Highway 394.
  2. Travel on Highway 394 to Highway 11E.  Exit right onto Highway 11E toward Johnson City Tennessee.  Travel on 11E approximately 3.5 miles to Highway 19E to Elizabethton, Tennessee (this will be a left turn).
  3. Travel approximately 1.3 miles on 19E turning right onto Mountain View Road.  (This road is not very well marked,) if you pass the Shell Service Station on the left, you have gone to far.


Tri Cities Airport to Hampton Inn, 3299 West State Street, Bristol, Tennessee

  1. Exit the airport parking area and follow the signs to I-81.
  2. At the I-81 interchange, turn right traveling North on I-81 toward Bristol.
  3. Take Exit 74A onto Highway 11E, (West State Street.)  Just through the traffic light, turn left to enter the Hampton Inn parking lot.


Hampton Inn to The Robinette Company, 250 Blackley Road, Bristol, Tennessee

  1. Turn left from the Hampton Inn parking lot onto Highway 11W.
  2. Travel to the 4th traffic light on West State Street, bare right, continue on West State to the 5th traffic light, turn right onto 19E (Volunteer Parkway.)
  3. Travel to the 5th traffic light.  Turn left onto Weaver Pike, TN-358 (There is an Advance Auto store on the corner at this turn.)
  4. Travel approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Fifth Street (Belle Meadows Baptist Chruch is on the corner.)
  5. Take the first right onto Blackley Road.  The Robinette Company is on the right at the top of the hill.

  2. Take the first right onto Hazelwood Street.
  3. Turn right onto Highway 421 (at the car wash).  Stay on Highway 421 to the first traffic light.  Turn right onto Highway 394 continuing to I-81.
  4. Take I-81 South to Exit 63.  Turn left at the end of the Exit 63 ramp and follow signs to Tri-Cities Airport.


The Robinette Company, 621 Mountain View Road, Piney Flats, Tennessee To Tri-Cities Airport

  1. Turn left onto Mountain View Road.
  2. Turn left onto Highway 19E.
  3. Turn right onto Highway 11E and travel approximately 3.5 miles to Highway 394, exit right, turning left off the ramp toward Blountville, Tennessee.
  4. Follow Highway 394 to I-81.
  5. Take I-81 South to Exit 63 (Tri Cities Airport exit).
  6. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and follow signs to Tri-Cities Airport.

  1. Turn left out of The Robinette Company parking lot onto Blackley Road.
  2. Take the first right onto Hazelwood Street.
  3. Turn right onto Highway 421 (at the car wash).  Stay on Highway 421 to the first traffic light.  Turn right onto Highway 394.
  4. Travel on Highway 394 to Highway 11E.  Exit left onto Highway 11E toward Johnson City Tennessee.  Travel on 11E approximately 3.5 miles to Highway 19E to Elizabethton, Tennessee (this will be a left turn).
  5. Travel approximately 1.3 miles on 19E turning right onto Mountain View Road.  (This road is not very well marked,) if you pass the Shell Service Station on the left, you have gone to far.
  6. The Robinette Company is located approximately 1.5 miles down Mountain View Road on the right.

  1. Turn left out of the parking lot onto Mountain View Road.
  2. Travel to the end of Mountain View Road, turning left onto Highway 19E.  Travel to the end of 19E onto Highway 11E.
  3. Turn right onto Highway 11E and travel approximately 3.5 miles to the Highway 394 exit.  Exit right off the ramp, and turn right onto Highway 394.
  4. Continue on Highway 394 to Highway 421.  Turn left onto Highway 421, travel approximately 1.2 miles, turning left onto Hazelwood Street (beside a car wash).  (If you pass Food City on your right, you have gone to far).
  5. Turn left off Hazelwood onto Blackley Road, The Robinette Company is immediately on your right.


Asheville, North Carolina to The Robinette Company, 250 Blackley Road, Bristol, Tennessee

  1. From Asheville, follow Highway 26 to Johnson City, Tennessee.  Take Exit 20B (right turn) onto Highway 11E North toward Bristol.  As you enter Bristol, Highway 11E becomes Volunteer Parkway.  You will pass Bristol Motor Speedway on your right.
  2. At the seventh traffic light past BMS turn right onto Weaver Pike (Highway 358).  (There is an Advance Auto on your right at this traffic light).
  3. Travel approximately 1 mile on Weaver Pike and turn left onto Fifth Street (immediately past Heritage Baptist Church).
  4. Take the first right onto Blackley Road.  The Robinette Company is located at the top of the hill on the right.


Asheville, North Carolina/Johnson City, Tennessee to The Robinette Company, 621 Mountain View Road, Piney Flats, Tennessee

  1. From Asheville, follow Highway 26 to Johnson City, Tennessee.  Take Exit 20B (right turn) onto Highway 11E North toward Bristol.
